Before day one

The community director identifies three families they believe would benefit most from daily connection. These are usually families where the adult child lives out of town, works long hours, or has expressed concern about staying connected. The director makes a warm introduction. Juta handles enrollment from there.

Enrollment takes four minutes per family. We collect the resident's name, phone number, interests, and the best time window for daily texts. We collect the family member's email address and who else should receive the evening recap. That is it.

Days one through fifteen

Daily texts begin the morning after enrollment. The resident receives three warm, personalized messages per day. The family receives a quiet recap every evening. Nobody calls the director to ask how things are going. That is the point.

We ask the director to simply listen. Are families mentioning Juta? Are residents bringing it up at meals or in the hallway? That organic signal tells more than any survey.

Day fifteen

We connect with the director for a brief review. We share engagement data: how often residents replied, which families opened every recap, what the response looked like across the pilot group. The director shares what they heard on the ground.

In most pilots, at least one family asks to continue before day fifteen arrives. That is the cleanest signal that the product is working.

After the pilot

Families who want to continue sign up directly at $19 per month. There is no community license fee. No platform cost. No procurement process. Juta scales to as many families as want it with nothing additional required from the director or the community staff.

The director receives a monthly report showing aggregate engagement across all enrolled families in their community.
