These Terms of Service govern your use of the Juta service. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
Juta is a consumer wellness and family communication service. We send up to 3 AI-powered daily SMS check-in messages to an enrolled recipient, and deliver a daily summary email to enrolled family members.
Juta is not a medical device, clinical monitoring service, or emergency response system. It is not a substitute for professional care.
Program name: Juta Daily Check-In
Program description: Daily AI-powered SMS wellness check-ins for enrolled loved ones, with daily email summaries delivered to family members.
Message frequency: Up to 3 messages per day to the enrolled recipient.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
For help: reply HELP or contact hello@getjuta.com.
Supported carriers include T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary.
By enrolling a loved one in Juta, you confirm that:
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent to receive messages is specific to Juta and is not transferable. We do not send promotional SMS messages unrelated to the core service.
Juta is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Pricing and promotional terms are communicated at the time of enrollment and are subject to change with notice.
Juta is a wellness communication tool. It does not monitor vital signs, detect emergencies, or replace medical care. Do not rely on Juta for emergency situations. In an emergency, call 911.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
