No app. No download. No password. No learning curve.

If they can receive a text message, they can use Juta. It works on any phone, any carrier, any age. A basic flip phone works. A five-year-old Android works. A hand-me-down iPhone works.

This was one of the most important design decisions we made. The people who need daily check-ins most are often the least comfortable with technology. We built Juta so that the person receiving the messages never has to do anything except reply — and they don't even have to do that.

The only person who needs access to a computer or smartphone is you, the family member who sets it up.
