When you enroll, you choose the time window that works best for your loved one: morning (8–10 AM), midday (11 AM–1 PM), or afternoon (2–4 PM). All times are based on their local time zone.

If they reply to a message, Juta responds warmly and naturally before moving on. If they don't, Juta simply checks in again later. There's no pressure either way.
