Yes. Juta is a consumer wellness tool, not a medical service.

We don't store medical information. We don't share data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We don't sell your loved one's information. Ever.

The data we do use — their name, phone number, interests, and conversation history — exists solely to make the daily check-ins feel warm and personal. We share data only with the services that run Juta: Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI responses), Make.com (automation), and Netlify (hosting). All are used solely to operate the service.

Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
