Your loved one can reply STOP to any message and all messages will stop immediately. This is a standard SMS opt-out and takes effect right away. They can also reply HELP at any time for instructions.

You can also cancel your Juta subscription at any time from your account settings — no phone calls, no retention flows, no hassle. If you cancel, messages stop and you won't be charged again.
